CNN app mocked with hundreds of one star reviews.

As reported earlier today, in response to CNN's threat to doxx someone for a meme, hundreds of one star reviews of the CNN app have been posted to Google Play and the Apple Store.

Here are some of the reviews mocking and criticizing CNN.

"After reading three articles without sharing any to my facebook, I received a pop-up that threatened to send my full name and phone number to communist agitators. I am uninstalling out of fear for my family's safety."

"The gold standard of fake news."

"I'm a little afraid to write a negative review because of CNN's history of Gestapo tactics against Americans who point out their flaws. However, if you want quality fake news you are much better off getting The Onion app. At least they have a sense of humor."

"I think the app is broken. All the news stories were fake. Please help."

"This app has been an absolute godsend since Obama left office. In the past 8 years I had been acclimated to being lied to on a daily basis. False narratives and race baiting had been a part of my daily media diet, and with this new POTUS I have been missing out on those old staples. I am so happy to have the CNN app in my life so that I can continue to reject reality and live in a world of my own choosing. Thank you CNN!"

"The app was pretty cool until CNN busted down my door and threw me into an internment camp for having memes on my phone. I'm currently using my 5 minutes of internet time to post this but it's running out and I hear the guards coming to get me. The load times were also too long."

I'm on the run right now because CNN sent their investigative journalists to assassinate me. I just wanted to say CNN is totally the greatest and none of their reporters are biased and pathetic at all and they totally aren't biased and they are the greatest. This was totally genuine and they aren't threatening to release my personal info then promptly assassinate me."


One reviewer has claimed that negative reviews are being deleted:

"I've been noticing that the comments are being deleted. if you don't like negative criticism then stop shooting yourselves in the foot."

However, despite this claim, as you can see from the graphic below, the overwhelming majority of recent reviews have been one star.
